Project Name: Elder Blossom Syrup

Brief Description:
Finally, our elder bush is blossoming, and I can makee our favourite spring drink!
The recipe is easy: Collect some elder blossom, remove everything that has legs but don't wash, put it in a bowl and cover it in sugar and lemon juice (there are recipes with exact measurements, but I always go by rule of thumb and add lemon or sugar later if necessary). Let it sit in the fridge for at least two days. Serve cold with sparkling water or sparkling wine - delicious!
