Knight Bus Challenge
House: Ravenclaw
Project Name: Knight Bus Slippers

Brief Description: Since some patrons like to sleep on the Knight Bus--complete with bed and nightshirt, if I recall right--I thought I'd make slippers to help me fit in. The color scheme seems fairly wizardly.

Again, I am thrilled about how this craftalong is inspiring everyone to get crafty!  Just 11 days in and we have 35 completed assignments!!!   (and I know many more in the works....I have 1 in the works and many more planned).  In fact, I need to get crafty....I have to finish my item for the Knight Bus mission; we must figure out what is happening!

Okay...So, I've decided to jump on the bandwagon as well...This is just a great Craftalong and I've enjoyed everything that I've seen so far! I'm in awe of all the amazing wizardry that has been posted.

Class: Muggles Studies
House: Ravenclaw
Project Name: Table Cover
Brief Description: I have learned that Muggles like to decorate and cover up EVERYTHING! I have seen Muggles cover their tables and chairs with dainty items that must be taken off prior to using these pieces of furniture so as not to ruin the item. It seems like a lot of work to do without the use of magic, but it makes them happy. I made this for a Muggle who will be thrilled to have a new item to cover things up with. This was a long project but did not finish the item until this week. A lot of magic was needed, especially when blocking the lace to the appropriate size. Please forgive the bad images. I am still learning how to use this picture taker that was given to me.

Project Name:Owlets and nifflers

Brief Description: For care of magical creatures I decided to make owls that I have pinned forever.  The originals were made of real clay and kiln fired but since I am with out kiln and clay but I have plenty of polymer clay I made them with that instead.  I started out with 3 but have a feeling that my owlery is just going to grow and grow.
while working on the owls I was inspired by the othp3 http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=408272.0 swap coming up and decided to do a baby niffler.  He likes all the shinny beads.

@chughes225: I have those same owls pinned and I've been wanting to make some forever. Your's look so great! They are so teeny and cute. I might have to make some for myself, but my poly skills are very basic so I'm not sure I could pull it off. I love them!
