Class: Muggle Studies
House: Hufflepuff
Project Name: Avengers Hoop
Project Page Link: Click me!
Brief Description: While I was studying Muggles, I learned that they were quite obsessed with this movie called The Avengers. They love it so much that they have spent over eight million of their muggle dollars on it! I decided that if it was that good to them then I might as well check it out myself. So I got myself a ticket and watched it. It really was as good as they say, though quite peculiar to a wizard. Anyways, it inspired me to make this Avengers hoop for my Muggle Studies project.

Class: Muggle Studies
House: Ravenclaw
Project Name: The Walking Dead: Zombie of the Week
Project Page Link: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=408962.0
Brief Description: I am rather taken with some muggle entertainment they call The Walking Dead - it's full of inferi-type beings which they call zombies; I tried my hand at creating one of these dreaded beasts - though my attempt shall remain spell-free and inanimate!

..and I just caught up with all the posts! So many, so quickly --

@rossie; that is oh so gorgeous!! I love how you've given her little treasures she has picked up over her journeys.
@pottermouth; That transfiguration project is AMAZING! Such a clever idea -- but of course, you're Ravenclaw!! Wink
@raynebeauxx; Very pretty! I love the slips of lace! Smiley
@skatergirl1007; I Love the eclipse magnet! Beautiful colours!
@chughes225; I love your hair! That is such a pretty colour!
@teag; I ADORE your story as much as your fabulous craft! I find myself wondering what happened next, lol!
@Mloopy; I could not wear that shirt - I would think spiders were on me constantly *shudder* but it is very well done!
@teag; Such a cute bird! Are you going to send it to attack Ron. Wink

I like Kit-Kat, unless I'm with 4 or more people.

lol. The shirt is not my style either. Spiders are creepy.  Tongue

However I am hoping the intended recipient (a teenage boy HP fan) likes it.  I guess I will know when he gets home from school.

Hehe, that sounds like a good plan, tell us how he liked it!

First some answers:
@ Ruby Copperhead: The shirt was approved.  YAY.
@ wifeofbath: the spiders are actually made with both. The bodies were freezer paper stenciled on so that I could plan the spacing, that is the fabric paint part. Then I added the legs individually with a pigma pen.

and then some "wow I am in awe":
@ Noxika: Can you love a zombie? He is great. The eyes. the teeth, the bloody details. Crazy good!
@ TheBrokenButterfly: l Love that the hoop is so clear yet so simple at the same time.
@ pottermouth: amazing transfiguration project. so cute and the picture half cat half mouse just makes me smile so hard  Grin

There are so many great things, every one of them gets me thinking and planning. MUST. CRAFT.

House: Hufflepuff
Project Name: Spider
I am actualy scared of spiders I am not sure why but I can't stand them. So I looked up on googie some pictures of spiders and found the Black Widow spider and drew it. It turned out really well considering that I am not very good at drawing.

@Chughes Ahh, I love it! That's actually the color mine was supposed to be but it turned out blue xD What dye did you use? I used Manic Panic Ultra Violet which I suppose has more of a blue base and all of the red washed out the first time.

Ive used the aqua manic panic before and loved it but this was a impulse buy at the beauty mart it was only $4 and its called Kiss express color purple rage and I mixed it with the Splat pink fetish to give it more of a red tone.  We will see how it holds up after a couple washes Wink

Class (or House Pride Item): Herbology
House: (if desired) Gryffindor
Project Name: Whomping willow tree pendant
Project Page Link: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=408967.0
Brief Description: I decided to do a willow tree but not just any willow tree the whopping willow tree for my inspiration.  I attempted to do something similar to the wire tree pendants(first time doing the wire tree) and added the shrinky dink blue ford anglia. I used a black covered wire for the outside and a copper wire for the tree. It has some wear and tear allready from being used as a keychain but I love it
