Question, is there a browser that works better for pottermore? I can't get it to let me collect the items I find, which has me stuck before even getting my wand. Sad

Oh this topic is so precious! I can't believe how perfectly many of crafts I have planning to do is falling under these categories  Grin So, here is one for Follow the Spiders:

Challenge: Follow the Spiders
House: Ravenclaw
Project Name: Mirkwood Necklace
Project Page Link: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=409503
Brief Description: This is one part for a jewellery I'm making for One Small Hobbit Thing Swap. I'll post whole project and missing information when my partner has received but I want to keep this as surprise until that Wink Here is a little "How to make silvery Spiders for your creepy jewellery" -tutorial
Project Pictures:

Here's what I started with. Wire gauge is 22 (if I remember correctly) and one with a twist and loop is bit longer than other 3.

Pass bead to wire with twist and as meny wires to "headpiece" as you can.

Twine together and twist, tighten with pliers. Pass rest wires (if any) into this and wrap all together.

Trim legs to desired length and bend ends (if you wish).

Ta-dah! Spiders!

Oh I adore those spiders!  Thanks for the fab little tute! Kiss  You can collect your Follow the Spiders badge on the first page, third post, under the Daily Prophet. Grin   ...is it odd that real spiders give me the willies but I love spider crafts (especially jewelry)?  Undecided

Student Roster Under Construction: I'm trying to work out kinks for the Fall, so I've put up a student roster on the first page, second post.  If you are not listed, I've either missed you or don't know your house.  You can PM me and I'll update the list (please add your house preference, just one...no Gryffinclaw or Slytherpuffs), or I'll just grab it when you post a project.  If I have you under the wrong house (some of the houses I swiped from my previous HP swaps), just PM me, and I'll get you sorted.  Don't worry, if I don't have you listed, you can still be in the craftalong, and you can join up to the last day!  This roster is really just for me to work out things for Fall.  Grin

Ok, I just saw the My Little Hippogriff...umm WOW. That is so amazing and adorable. What a fantastic idea. I'm extremely jealous! Great job!
It's truly wondrous, and it was just featured on Craftster's facebook page.  Way to Go chughes!

Wow Thanks. I had no idea it made it on there that is so cool.  My mom stole him from me this morning and showed me how perfect he looks on her shelf.  I have a feeling I've lost him all ready. Just means I get to make more Grin

aliis Im loving the spiders I'm definitely going to try it.  They'd be great to wear for opening night of the Hobbit.
