Hahaha, yes I was thinking you made a flower garden too, fiddle!
But I totally agree that both sides are soooo beautiful!

I like the raw edges too! I guess I'm lazy too,Thimbles, I like to leave it that way too! Especially if I know it's not to be washed on a regular bases  Cheesy.

Any way, love that MAQ a LOT, Diane!!

And I like your idea, playswithneedles, of hanging it differently depending on the mood you're in! How functional!

Thank you, everyone!  I really appreciate your praise!

Making playswithneedles happy with my "art" was my goal - success on that!  Love this swapping on Craftster that we do - just fantastic!

That flower/sprouts quilt is really cute.  It's fun that it could be either.

Isn't it fun to try new things and have another skill set up your sleeve.  I've tried so many things I never would have otherwise because it was something a swap partner liked/wanted.  Or I was inspired by something someone else made and thought...'I have to try that!'.

Grin Oh StickerChic, the R2-D2 quilt is simply adorable!!!!

I finally made it home last night from Omaha (had to suck it up and finally buy a one way ticket...standby wasn't happening) and saw him in all his spacey fabric glory.  Shocked

And thanks for the well wishes. My husband will get home this weekend so I'll be glad to have him here to really see how he's doing.

Thanks, StickerChic!!!!!

Looking for a vintage magazine (1974 - 1978) that has a fabric nativity set w/ people and animals. An example: http://www.craftster.org/pictures/showphoto.php?photo=440861&ppuser=143144.

I love it! The bee is adorable. Poppies are a popular theme this round! How did you do the soil? Is it dyed?

Awesome mini quilt, wendiek!  I like the poppy theme, and the bees and their flight plan is really clever!
