I had planned on opening this swap tomorrow but unfortunately, I had strep throat. If someone wants to organize that's fine, if not, I can open this in a few days when I'm feeling better. I'm soo sorry for the delay.

I absolutely love love quilts, do you think an afghan is a fair trade for a quilt? I'd love to swap!

I think it'd be awesome but I just signed up for 2 partners in the new hoopla round so I'd have to sit it out if it was any time soon...

Well I guess there's some interest then. I think we'll do it like the yarnies vs sewists, so we'll have 12 yarnies (knitters and crocheters) and 12 needleworkers (embroidery, cross stitch...). Maybe we'll open this one mid August, SIGNUPS for a couple of weeks, a month to work on it.  How many points would you guys want?? Or sizes?

Hope you feel better soon sweety28303  Smiley

I would also love to do this one - I am international though - not sure if you are going to do US only or international for this swap. I crochet and sew, but would prefer to be on the sewing side Wink

I would love this. I'm no good with embroidery, but i want it! Cheesy
I don't know about points. I know embroidery can be time-consuming, as well as knitting/crocheting, but a lot of points scare me. Haha.

Maybe 1 medium then??  That sounds good to me, then embroiderers could do a hoop and yarnies could make them something madium in return?

So, how many yarnies and how many needleworkers would be interested.  I don't wanna open it if its only yarnies interested.

Ah! This would be so fun! I'm an embroiderer and a yarnie (is that what it's called?), but I find that embroidery goes super fast.
I'm tempted to do this, but I've already commited myself to the Doctor and Sherlock and even though we can do up to five I think I'll keep that as my limit. Sorry! Undecided
