I love this swap on its premise, but have had a difficult time during each of these swaps that I've joined, for various reasons.

I would love to join if I knew that I would be partnered very well.  I know the organizers of each swap try their best, but my swap experiences with this swap make me so wary (and it wasn't b/c of any of the partners I had in the past).

BTW...I'm a yarnie.

I've done this swap twice and I've had a great partner both times. I'm also a yarnie. What was difficult about it? Different levels of experience?

I always love this swap. Is there someone ready/willing to organize? Has someone PM who organized before?

I would love to swap for things kids could do in the car on a long car trip (3 girls ages 5-12). I can knit, crochet or trade yarn.

TBH, one of my issues is purely my own fault. I was co-org and had to take over the entire swap and messed up royally. But other issues that weren't my fault were partners not posting photos, sending late, sending items not finished, etc...

I'm always willing to organize this swap. I try to keep my swaps small, that way it's a tad bit easier to keep track of everyone. So, it would be 10 yarnies and 10 sewist. It'll be loads of fun.

I'm thinking we can keep this swap simple with just 1 medium. 2 weeks of sign-ups and a month for crafting.
Is everyone okay with that?

I think this sounds good! Just depending on timing.

And since everyone is throwing it out, I'm a swinger. *giggle* A sewist & a yarnie. Smiley

Lol, I'm not a total sewist or yarnie, just have some specialties (ahem, obsessions rather) in each. Like poppets, and like crochet necklaces... just started to spin & knit. Like bracelet/bangles and scarfs...

Hoping this will work out timing-wise!
