Hi Folks,
I am a newbie and having trouble uploading my project. I just decided last night to participate and burned midnight oil! I do hope you are able to see the pictures even if they don't get on to this page , they are in my members gallery. I do hope the moderator is able to help me!!
I had an old broken necklace of semi precious stones, so i picked a few beads from there. then I created some beads by rolling paper and gluing it( I used to do so in childhood). I was also lucky to find a nice big piece of rock from my husband's collection-- he's a geologist ! So I drilled a hole in it and made it a part of the necklace. I wanted to give the necklace special meaning and it represents my philosophy-- if you have the things you love with you, the world is a wonderful place. Hence I cut out things, i love-- wild life, my glass of wine etc and of course the shinig globe!.
Hope you folks like it and overlook anything wrong I did in the process.
Thanks for bearing with me!

I found the necklace in the Photo Gallery. It is very pretty and I love how you added pictures of the things you love to the rock.

I'm a newbie too and found it difficult at first to figure out what went where on Craftster. Don't give up! The more you use it, the easier it gets.

Good Luck!

My entry is also a rock pendant necklace http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=408039.0

Well done! I never would have thought of making paper beads.
