Hi everybody Smiley   I decided to try to make the biggest batch I've ever made this weekend (10 lb batch!).  I used Brambleberry's Turkish Mocha scent, which smells amazing, I seriously love it!  I wanted the soap to look like what a cappuccino would look like if you split the cup in half, hence the layers:

And check out this rebatch!  By rebatch I mean I just squished all the scraps together..  my boyfriend calls it the "A$$ Bar" and said I should try to sell it for a dollar Wink

Cappuccino Soap aka Wake and Bake

70 oz olive oil
35 oz coconut oil
35 oz palm oil
4 oz hemp oil

22.6 oz lye
18 oz water
1 can coconut milk, cold
1 beer (Hazed and Confused), boiled down to a syrup, cold
Dark Cocoa powder
Espresso Powder

I added the cold coconut milk at trace and separated out the base for the white layer.  Then I added the beer and the scent (since it discolors).  The bottom layer just has some cocoa powder mixed in.  I topped it with a little bit of espresso powder just to make it look more like a cappuccino..

It smells awesome, I hope the middle layer doesn't discolor more than it already has!  Ohhhh I forgot to mention, these are a massive 10 oz per bar!  I know I like the bigger bars, I hope other people do too Smiley

Thanks for looking!

Yep, it's CP!  Unfortunately, the middle layer got a lot darker over night..  it still looks good, but I wish it would have stayed the color it was when I cut it :-/

You should, it's not too hard once you get the hang of it!  When I started, I just used old milk cartons or pringles cans as molds, it makes it a lot easier..  check out the Ohhappy Day tutorial here or shoot me a message if you have questions!  I'm not a super expert, but I feel like I might be getting the hang of it haha Smiley   I made a really fun 2lb all natural batch this weekend, those are a lot easier than the crazy coconut milk/beer/fake scent ones I'm making now..
