This was made for my sister for Christmas. (Yes it's been a while) Every time I went to Hancock Fabrics, I couldn't help but get those square bundles of fabric that had amazing patterns, telling myself I'd find projects for them. Those pieces of fabric had been sitting in the crafting corner of my room, waiting, until one day I got them all and sewed this.
Not really caring about the alignment, I rushed it all, going back and forth from the sewing machine to the iron. But I actually really like he crookedness of it all. Even though you can't see it, on the inside, there is a dark maroon fabric. The handle is made up of long strands of yarn braided together. She was really happy when she opened this and was even kind enough to model it for the family Cheesy
