I saw some pretty macrame plant hangers on Etsy and was inspired to try making my own. I was being thrifty though and since I didnít have any hemp cord and didnít wanna buy any, I got the idea to make one out of fabric strips instead! Itís a fun way to destash some fabric (Iíve had this fabric forever and couldnít figure out what to do with it!) and make something pretty for your yard or porch!

I posted a tutorial on my blog if you'd like to make one Smiley http://www.gleefulthings.com/blog/?p=3940

Cool, love the idea! I have tons of thin lengths of fabric that I couldn't throw away but had no idea what to make with them  Grin
