Rock and Wire photo stand: with tutorial

Supplies
Fabric wrapped floral wire
Some kind of tube: I used a marker
Scissors:  to cut printed photo
Photo of obliging husband
Rock
Obligatory cat: does nothing to help


Time needed
If you make your own rocks:  between 1 billion and 60 million years depending on what you make
If you use premade rocks:  about 5 minutes including printing out a picture

Step One: take one end of precut floral wire and coil it around a pen until you make a spiral ( three or four times). The spiral will hold the picture so coil it tight.

Step Two:  Tie the non-spiral end to the rock

Step Three: Orient rock and wire until spiral end it up and slip picture into the spiral as per the photo below

These are great if you can’t hang pictures on the wall.
