i obviously have no life, and decided to put all the coke's my mom drinks to use on some old canvas shoes i never wore

they're wearable, but the don't bend as much as necessary to walk comfortably
the pop tabs underneath are a work in process

questions and comments welcome Smiley

Wow! Perhaps to make them more wearable you could do only the toes and heels and maybe use the plastic wrappers from 2L bottles for the sides?

But either way I think they're amazing.

Wow!  They look amazing, great job.

Shame that they are not too flexible for easy wear.

Thanks, but the problem is actually that the toe doesn't bend enough, it's still technically wearable, just not walking shoes, i appreciate the input though  Smiley

Use it up, wear it out, make it do, or do without.

Those are awesome. I think you should submit a picture and a story to coke and who knows...maybe it could turn into some cash.

That's ok if they're not too bendy, they're pretty I would totally frame them and put them up in my room Smiley

Did you hand sew them?

i had to us push pins to make the holes, then hand stiched through, pretty time consuming, but totally worth it  Wink
