Mr Mouse and I are house-hunting right now and it is making me stress-knit. I am like halfway through my hexi-puff blanket.

We closed on the house.  Now the work begins!  I am going to clean the last owner's junk out of the house today (there are several pictures of bathtubs in the bath, many plastic flower arrangements about the place, old curtains and glassware, etc. We are gutting the kitchen, so I want to salvage what's salvageable and take the bulk of it to the thrift store.  My hubby would pitch it all.  Then I'm going to start painting!!!!

I need to spend my points and then close my shop down until after we get moved. 

Does anyone currently live in the sticks and use a satellite internet service like HughesNet?   If so, how restricted is it?   I'll have a nervous breakdown without internet in the house!!!!!

lxm, I'm stress knitting socks right now.  Once I start painting, though, I'm sure my ability to knit will decline!

Woot!  Another round!  I have a ton of new stuff to add, and after this initial week of recovery from surgery, I'm planning 3 weeks of crafting and cleaning out all over the place.  We'll see how much more ends up in my shop, or what I decide has sat in the shop long enough and needs to move on to Goodwill.

I have been basing many of my house choices on craft-ability.
I looked at this SUPER unique chalet-style/gothic-arch house with a perfect sunlit nook for my spinning wheel and a awesome kitchen. It has an outbuilding that can be turned into a mother-in-law-suite or man cave or craft barn or whatever too. I am almost concerned that it is TOO funky though.

What do you all think?
