I've never heard of this, it sounds interesting.  What are the amounts of the ingredients you use and do you blend it?

I used:

- 4 cups water
- 1 cup hemp seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 - 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp sucanat

Blend all ingredients for a few minutes and strain as much of the hemp pulp as possible (you can save the pulp for another cooking project).  I used closer to the 1/4 tsp sea salt and although it's pretty salty right after blending and straining, the taste really mellows after sitting for a bit.
