I recently fell in love with True Blue Spa's Super Rich Shower Cream by Bath & Body Works. Needless to say, at $15 a bottle I won't be getting it very often. It advertises as a cleanser and a moisturizer, but it goes on like a thick lotion while you're in the shower. I've tried doing research to find a tutorial to make something similar but can't seem to find anything.

Does anyone have any idea how I can make something exactly like it?

Sound nice! Yes, a list of ingredients would be a good starting place.

There's very little shea butter in there, the first ingredients are all petroleum products and surfectants/detergents. Maybe you could use some SLS (liquid) and blend in some shea butter with an emulsifier if it needs it?

How about starting with a Foaming Bath Butter?  http://rusticescentuals.com/Foaming-Bath-Butter-Base.html

I like this cream soap because it's Paraben free.
