Oh my GOD that's cute! I love the ruffly skirt, even though the fabrics on their own are ugly. They work well together on the skirt.

That's so great! I went to BM years ago (absolutely amazing) and one of the best parts is spending 48 hours before the long trip to Black Rock City sitting in front of your sewing machine- designing clothes that you've always wanted to make, but could never wear anywhere else.
