Everyone motif's look awesome!! When I started that stained glass one I didnt think it would be that big lol. I obviously wasn't paying attention to the size listed. That was the first time I tried the entraloc tunisian...... I have now begun 3 baby blankets with it because it is super easy and goes super fast.  I think it is now my favorite!!

MareMare--- I almost sent you a broomstick lace one in almost that same color lol.

And, last night, I counted up all of my motifs and I have a total of 106! All with ends woven in and ready to be joined!

But... because I didn't stick to any specific color scheme, I don't know how I'll arrange them. To say it's a riot of color isn't quite accurate. A vomiting riot of color might be more appropriate! But, seriously... I did start to sort them by main color groups, but realized that if I tried to work that out last night, I'd never get to bed. I have a lot of purple ones, green ones and blue ones. Then, I have a smaller bunch of aqua ones. And a few dark teal ones. That batch looks pretty good together. It's when I add in the oranges, yellows, reds, pinks and browns that things start to go awry. So, I could end up dividing the motifs into 2 piles and make 2 blankets with them. Which would mean I'd have to join another round (or 2) of a motif swap! And, be a bit more specific in my color requests

ETA: And, I just saw in my e-mail that the 150 Knit/Crochet Motifs book is ready for me at the library! I'll be there on Thursday, so I'll grab it then

Would it help somehow to make up a dozen or couple dozen motifs of a solid neutral to put in there with the colors? I'll have to gather all of mine up soon and see what I have and what I can do with them I am about ready to look for an additional motif/square book. The main ones I've been using lately are Beyond the Square, 200 Crochet Blocks, and Crochet Bouquet, does anyone have recommendations for any others that I really should own?

Also, I was thinking it would be really fun to do a Crochet Along for either Beyond the Square or 200 Crochet Blocks (if there isn't one already, I should go check) and do all of the motifs/squares in the book in order. BTW, there aren't really 200 blocks in the one book, some of them are just alternate color schemes I think.

And, I have one more motif to make and then I am ready to send to my last two partners tomorrow! Woot!

I was planning to join them with white, and figured that the melange of colors would be part of the fun of the blanket... I still might do it that way because A) That was the original intent, B) It would make the blanket "special" and C) I'm lazy... 

And, I have another motif book upstairs... It's called "201 Crochet Motifs, Blocks, Projects & Ideas" by Melody Griffiths that is pretty good. I was tempted to buy a motif book at a Japanese bookstore in NYC, but I resisted. I picked up a book that illustrates how to do all of the stitches that are in my Japanese pattern books instead. On my next trip into the city, I may have to break down and buy a motif book in that store...

And, fantasticmio had started a CAL for the Beyond the Square motifs, but it sort of fell by the wayside. It could be fun to start it up again!

Received my motif's from MareMare on Friday. Love them! Sorry it took a couple days. I seem to have only been home to sleep lately..... tried to do it from my phone but that was taking wayyyy to long!!! I can't wait to do more motif swaps. I have an idea on what I am doing with them. Woohoo.
