I have to give my hands a break from crafting. Too much small work has taken it's toll and now I have to rest them up for a couple of days  Sad So I'm bookmarking and jotting down ideas but the 1 project I have started for this swap has to wait. At least I got the mother's day gift I was working on done in time.

I just got my hair cut short! I hope that doesn't make planning difficult on my partner!

I just finished another hair piece. I think my partner is going to love how it turned out. I'm annoyed though because when I attached it, to hide the fascinator part (trying to cleverly not lead on too much) it would mean she'd have to wear the piece upside down. So, I flipped it, and now the fascinator part doesn't hide entirely when she'd wear it, but she can wear it right side up. Either way, it's too cute not to send, so I hope that little issue isn't much of an issue after all!

Made some cute stuff last night. Hope my partner thinks its cute too!  Used an online tute but got cocky and tried to finish the first piece on my own...oops. NQR but still functional and pretty,  other 3 are made following tute.  Now just have to find my button box....it is not in any of the usual places.
