As far as a horn goes, sew three triangles together.  Use a gathering thread in a spiral, then pull tight.  Hope this helps.

Cut a wide triangle like below - Fold over and sew from top to bottom
So then you have a cone shape when foldeed right side out. Then get some gold or silver string and glue it around the outside to make the lines like in your picture Smiley
Hope I helped!! Smiley

Using the template the post above me notes, you could embroider the spiral onto the fabric before rolling it up (and stitching it together).  I did something similar for a robot I made (where I wanted the arms and legs to look like tubing).

A chain stitch (using all 6 strands of the floss) is easy and relatively quick.  It would last a little longer than just gluing.

Also, when you attached the horn, cut an opening in the forehead and push the horn through and sew on the wrong side.  That should make it nice and secure and keep the seam really nice.

The folks above have it right, I was planning on suggesting getting a unicorn and a really sharp needle......

Joking aside, are you planning on adding in any wire for support of the horn?

Everyone is right above. But I would sew it to the head using a ladder stitch or blind stitch it's called also. Just fold the fabric of the horn's wide part your attaching to the head pin all around & stitch it up. I think it might stay on longer than glue. I might be to late but maybe it'll help next time.
