I received lots of lovely patches in the last two weeks. Sorry it took me so long to post, but here they are.

From Craftsunderground
My Text theme

For my house theme - Isn't this a unique house?

From Smmarrt

For my breast cancer theme

But wait.....there's more.

From RobinPich
Very colorful hello to you too

My house theme

From Kookaloo
She sent three for a private swap and two for round two and an extra one

That's all for now. I think I got it right, but I'm not swearing to it. I got the patches early in the week. I cleaned my house since we had company most of the week. I threw the patches in a pile after I opend them and oohed and ahhhed. So I hope I remembered right. Please correct me if I got it wrong.

Now I need to get stitching. I almost have my "Bright" themed nook cover put together. I have quite a few breast cancer ones so far. I need to put some together.

Wow! Such a collection of terrific patches.

Love your patches, Robinpich, sorry you won't be in Round 3, but hope there will be a Round 4. These are so bright and cheerful and everything coordinates so well, floss, back, front, image, fabrics.

Such variety, Kookaloo. My favorite is the autumn tree with one tiny leaf on the ground. Just lovely.

Teesha Moore inspired patches--anyone want to swap?

The tree has kind of a slinky fabric for the background. Gives it a wonderful feel that I can't capture in a picture.

I used one of my patches from Robinpich to decorate a jeans bag I made for myself  Grin

I received from Kookaloo_Starr and figured out how to take good pics with my lil' camera.  So here they are:  One for my love of Whedonverse, the other inspired by Victorian clothing.

Two by two, hands of blue.  One of the creepiest nursery rhymes ever.

And a lovely corset.  I wish the colors had come out a bit truer, but what can you do?

« Reply #78 on: July 21, 2012 06:59:14 AM »

Kookaloo, was the corset design already on the fabric or did you just embroider the whole thing from scratch? It looks fantastic!

Gotta say I covet many of the patches that have been posted recently....  Smiley  Smmarrt's sweet little bird with the quotes, RobinPich's colorful house, and still want one of Craftsunderground's primer-text patches!

I am also belatedly posting some GREAT patches I got from KriSmith! (Sorry belated -- work has been frantic-busy lately!)

I LOVE them all! The chickens were a fun surprise! The black and white one has vintage buttons (I love me some vintage buttons...) Funky geometric designs are a favorite of mine, so the orange text one holds a special appeal (and those buttons are FABULOUS... Did you make them yourself? I have never seen anything like them!) The last one is very textural, with a felt applique.

THANK YOU so much, Kris! I'm crazy about all of them (and so sorry I am tardy in posting the pictures.)

Yes, they are polymer clay buttons. I'm glad you like them.

Here are my next set from Kookaloo

For my pink/black/white theme

For my house theme

The house is a button that she painted or drew the windows on. Super cute.

I can't wait to put these houses together.

I think I am current on posting photos. If I missed anything please tell me so I can share it with everyone.
