yay! i got my first mix today from astrisked. it was packaged with a lovely handpainted set list and markered cover (alas, no camera!):

2. bandstand boogie: american bandstand theme
3. bohemian rhapsody: queen (so stoked! i'm on the biggest queen kick right now)
4. sweet transvestite: rocky horror picture show
5. take 5: dave brubeck quartet
6. gibberish: relient k
7. dependin' on you: the doobie brothers
8. alarming: dogstar (keanu!!)
9. misery: hanson
10. the reason; celine dion & carole king (who told that celine is my guiltiest of pleasures?)
11. falling in love with you: pearl jam
12. prayer: the scarlet pimpernel
13.in keeping secrets of silent earth- 3 : coheed and cambria
14. turn the beat around: gloria estefan (oh, miami sound machine...where art thou?)
15. too marvelous for words: ella fitzgerald

thank you, jenny! this mix is truly something a shuffle would produce; the mixture of songs is incredible!! i'm especially excited by the musical stuff- i (heart) musicals, and went on a secret jospeh and the amazing technicolor dreamcoat binge the other night...i don't have any of these songs, so that makes it even better!! thank you, thank you!

Oh, and by the way, I need a favor from some of you guys.

One person has already backed out from the swap and I'm starting to get nervous about a few folks involved.  I have a feeling that there are going to be some flakes.   If anybody is willing to standby and burn one or two extra CDs and send them out to your fellow itunes swapper who else would be screwed, please let me know.  I'll write you extra special feedback for you profile if you do.  Smiley
