My partner for the Hoopla Round 6 swap just received so now I can share what I made.

The face is filled in with sections of satin stitching. The outlining of the robot and grass is backstitched and the chest is filled in with slip stitching.

I taped the Bad Robot printout on the window, under the black fabric, and traced the robot with chalk onto the black fabric.

Here is the printout I used: http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.badrobot.com/badrobot.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.badrobot.com/&h=600&w=800&sz=52&tbnid=ImVcb8t_sJIE5M:&tbnh=92&tbnw=123&zoom=1&docid=mMDEZREf6NmkYM&hl=en&sa=X&ei=pY2WT4ziNcrM2AXP8KneDQ&sqi=2&ved=0CEwQ9QEwAg&dur=317

Awesome stitches!  I like the robot idea - he looks electric!   Cheesy

HAHAHA! Bad Robot, I love it. JJ Abrams is genius. What a nice "ode".

Thanks! I love J.J. Abrams too and his logo robot is adorable. When I saw that dewshinesdopp listed it on her desired themes, I had to claim him.

I have to apologize for the second picture. I must have taken it before I wiped off the chalk marks. It came off with a damp towel.
