Well, the one I sent to you is late too. Maybe they've met up somewhere to chat and sightsee along with PB's to K8kre8s.

I love the beautifully done quilted cover you got pjherbert!  The colors are beautiful and it really has a modern take to it!

Superstitch--as always, you make projects that I have to add to my growing list of things I want to try!

Congrats to PB for her being featured...that cover was just so unusual and well done!

I adore the quilted pillow! I love the colors and the off-kilter design. It's simply marvelous Smiley.

I received a WONDERFUL cover last night from spidermom! It's so perfect for me. I can't wait to show it off. I'll get pics as soon as I get home from work.

I would have never, ever, ever thought that pillow case could work but it totally does! It looks modern and fun but subtle all at the same time. And I adore that card!

I can't wait to see yours from spidermom, Lime. I've been trying to picture it.

I'm posting twice in a row for a very good reason: My cover from PlumCrafty came today! It is beautiful and lovely and, well, see for yourself:

It's just like stained glass! PlumCrafty sewed on tiny little white flowers that blend so perfectly with the fabric but add so much I thought they came with it until I peeked closer. The zipper is on this side. Can you see it? No? That's because she was clever and hid it beneath a little flap!

And my cover has not 1 side, but 2!

Bunting! My cave-like house and the cloudy day weren't doing my bad photography skills any favors. It's less peachy in color in real life and oh so pretty. Check out the corners!

Look how nicely it came wrapped up and with some real bunting too! My wrapping job was...interesting on yours PlumCrafty. I apologize in advance!
Thank you, thank you! The size is perfect and the design and all those details you put in are just lovely. I love it!

Beautiful package all around!

The bunting one is so clever...and the stained glass effect one is just so pretty to look at! The added flower embellishments make the cover craftster-special!

The bunting is quite awesome!

I have semi-related good news for k8kre8s... I sent a card to my friend in Ontario the same day I sent your cushion, and she got her card yesterday. So I have a hunch that your package should make it in a couple more days, but no guarantee Sad

Aaaand the best news for the day: I received from fiddlegirl8!

I now have my own brilliant recreation of the Blooming Reindeer Pillow, but with much better fabrics Cheesy

I think fiddles did such an amazing job. All the stitching was so neat, and I can only image that it took a lifetime with all those edges! And she finished the back so nicely:

(I will have to get some advice from her on binding!)

And now my happy pillow family!

I have an ugly black couch right now so you get to see them on our psuedo-bench, but when we get our new furniture in the fall, it will all look fantastic together Grin Fiddles also sent me a nice big Kansas map! And the little note she wrote had the most adorable little bird drawn on it. Sorry for not taking pictures of those Wink

OH YES!  I'm so glad it arrived and that you like it!!  Did you save that ribbon?!  LOL - I told you I had to have you as a partner again for a cushion cover - this Blooming Reindeer Pillow knockoff is the spring/summer version - I have to make you one with more jewely tones for fall/winter!  So please, let's be partners again, okay?!

I loved crafting this for you - and after I finished (I messed up the first one, but first wasn't as pretty as this one anyway), I thought perhaps I should have set my zig-zag for the applique a little tighter, more like satin stitching.  But overall, I loved making this cover - the most fun for me was the selection of fabrics and the binding - I love to bind stuff - it's the final step and I'm always gleefully stitching that binding on!!

I am also pleased that the deer head goes nicely with your other cushions!  Now, I'm happy happy!   Cheesy
