I made this wee fairy tin for Jillybeans as a thank you for zentangling my red shoes.

The flower is a raw brass finding I enameled with nail polish. I cut the front piece out of very heavy, dense cardboard. (off the back of a sketch pad)
The fairy image was off of an old calendar I had with Ida Rentoul Outhwaite illustrations in it. I cut up various bits from the calendar and collaged them in layers using foam tape.
The eyelet is vintage-a gift from my sister. I glued the tin at an angle to the cardboard base so you wouldn't have to bend over to see it.
