Hey again! I made a second outfit with some facbric that was $1 a yard (i got 2.5 yards) and a hoodie that was $3. the stuff that i didn't buy was the ribbon on the skirt.

i just took a plain hoodie and sorta resized/reconstucted it.thanks for looking!
