Help needed
I  need to figure out how to sew  lining at the arm holes with an sleeveless dress
My teacher did show me how to do it  but i cant figure it out anymore.

The neckline has been done and now i need to got between the  dress and the lining and pull the good sides together ....
So when the are sewn together the seam is in between them .

Hard to explain  and even harder to figure out

Figured it out Grin

reach  trough the lining and the dress .
Than from the inside out pick up the right sides of the dress and the lining and pull them though inbetween the dress and the lining.

Than you can sew the lining and the dress on to each other .
Push it back inbetween the lining and the dress and the armholes will be sewn together without any visible seam

Thank you, I'd been trying to puzzle it out, but couldn't get my head round it.

Start at the top of the armhole....
I made the mistake of starting at the bottom and than you cant get around .
You really need to start at the top , first sew from top forward to the side seam and than  sew the top back to the side seam.
