No Sew Tutu for the Puppy

I've been wanting to try making a no-sew tutu but didn't want to start with a full sized one...so I made one for my dog!  It was so easy to make and I can't wait to get some pretty tulle and make one for me now!

AWWWWWW Wuppy in a tutu! Oh my dog will hate me but I now feel the need to make her one. Thank you for including the tutorial for my little wuppies torture lol.
