So this was my first attempt at making one. I don't have access to a sewing machine right now so it was all done by hand. I also forgot to pick up interfacing at the fabric store so I lined it with a sheet of felt. It makes it rather bulky, so when I make more of them I will make sure I use interfacing. I will also use a sewing machine. But this one is for me so its ok, it can look a bit special. I used a snap dome closure and made a cute wee bow on top. I think I might add a black star button at some stage.

The bit to close it is different from most other I have seen, the ribbon is sewn across the front, and it seems a bit more secure than the loop ones I have seen.
