Long time lurker, rare time poster... and time to post my first completed project!

I made a bag for Pax East (big gaming convention); it's based on an alien (Huragok) from Halo:ODST.  He's very snuggly and involved lots of knitting, felting, dyeing, steeking...  His tentacles and tail have floral wire so they're positionable, and his two antenna have fiberoptic cables inside so they wave around as we walk.  He is VERY big, and I hope to get a good picture of him and I together for scale.

There's a lot more info on Ravelry.

Paws up!
