This is ABSOULETLY fabulous! I love your usage of color, I am going to make myself one this week... and try to copy your exact colors!! The material looks like the cotton crinkle gauze that they sell at JoAnn's ,  is it gauze ?

That is so cute! What happy colors, and it looks so cool and comfy.
Are you wearing something underneath it as a dress, or does it have straps? If it does, what do you do with the straps when you wear it as a skirt? I have a couple of these sort of skirts/dresses, and I would like them more if they had some sort of strap, since I really hate strapless bras and doing without is uncomfortable for me.
