Awesome black and starry pink wallet of happiness!

So I saw this awesome post

and all the wonderful accessories, and fell in love with the zipper wallet. I LOVE small wallets, because I hate carrying a purse, and like to carry my wallet in my pocket. My mom also happened to be looking for something exactly like it (but waterproof-ish, which will be the hard part) for her trip to Disney World. I decided to make myself one for a first run before I try making hers out of not cotton.

It was a LOT of fun, and really easy if you've made a zippered pouch before. The tutorial linked to in the craftster post above had wonderful directions. I tried to get away with a 4" zipper, but it's slightly too small to get my cards in and out easily. I'll have to buy a bigger one and trim it down myself for the one for my mom.

Thanks for the comments! And it does, it fits so well and is so nice and small! I've been jealous of my husband's store bought zippered wallet thingies, but they were always too bulky for me.

Very cute!  I made some of these today!  So fun!  And I did the same as you...tried to use 4" zippers.  Didn't work so well.   Now I have about 20 zippers that I don't know what I'm going to do with! lol.
