Oh no, I didn't think that, sorry if it came across that way - I just wanted you to know she had told me who it was made by.  Also, she said she didn't realize until she was done the hoop and about to write on the card that it was the same picture.

I received my hoop from johnson.mom2two.  She told me she was going through her stash one day and came across this fabric and thought that she was sure the person who was last on the list at the moment had sunflowers as a theme so she checked and sure enough found me and I'm glad she did!!

I'm glad it finally found you safely. I love to do the the Rs, so I re-used a hand me down dress for the hoop.  I love how it turned out! It was fun!

Here ya go Averia  this is the hoop that I sent to Sejimara, it arrived on the 25th according to the DCN.


I thought I'd taken a finished photo of the hoop, but alas this is the only one I could find, lol. The 3rd stem on the left was with the white puffy dandelion and I did it with glow in the dark white thread and then did some bits of fluff floating off across the top.

That looks great, so far    Hopefully Sejimara will show up and post a picture of the complete hoop as I'd love to see it, it sounds so good.

When the amazing Sewphie claimed me for a bluejay, I secretly hoped that she would do it in stumpwork as I love her stumpwork.  The hoop arrived today and I was almost to nervous to open it, just in case it wasn't stumpwork.  Well, IT WAS and I LOVE it!

                   

Here's a side view so you can see how it sticks out from the fabric.  I have no idea how stumpwork is even done but it's so intricate I can only imagine how long it took her to make.
