I always admire your fibre, and love this end result. Can you get a close up? No hurry or anything. I am interested in neddlework and crewel, and I have supplies for both, and the only stitch I know is French Knot. LOL

So cute and the added touch of the yarn wrapped on the hoop was a great finishing touch.  Smiley

Unfortunately, I didn't think of close ups until I wrapped it up and sent it away!  I wonder if I can crop and still get detail?

The sheep look cute enough to pet! And the back story just makes it even more amazing

Thanks!  I heard from my "delivery guy"(the guy who put me in touch with them, as he works with them)that she(the shepard/farmer) said "Oh this is so great!  She didn't have to!"  But apparently she was smiling all day! Wewt!  I'm so glad she likes it. Smiley

I love your sheep! I was recently given some home spun alpaca wool and I've been debating what I can make with it as a thank you for the person who spun it for me. Do you mind if I borrow your idea and make them a little alpaca hoop?

Thank you!  And I do not mind at all!!  If it's a heavier yarn, I recomend a burlap background.  Or something with a looser weave.  I hope you post it if/when you finish it!
