I would love to do a quilt other than my crazy quilt, but your close ups also helped me to understand the construction and better ways to combine fabrics. I don't have a very good place to cut my fabric, and should go ahead and invest in a better rotary cutter (mine is terrible).

I really have never seen a quilt better, it is so traditional and so not. Rocked, Pinned and Shared on FB.

I LOVE it!!!!  The color scheme, the block design and placement, the fussy-cut portions . . . it's all just perfect!  Very inspiring - now I want to go digging up a great printed fabric and do the same thing  Grin.

Wow, I'd be excited too - its awesome! And I'm impressed every time someone finishes a quilt. I'm great at sewing blocks, but not so great at finishing the project!

What a delightfully sinister yet adorable quilt.  Love everything about it, specially the plink and black color scheme.  This is one in a million.  It rocks!

Thanks! When I saw the colors in the main fabric I told my swap partner that it would be black, gray, and light pink and I thought it should have one more accent color and she picked the dark pink, which I think worked really well but I wouldn't have come up with (I was thinking lime or turquoise!)
