This swap is ran by the main organizer, DesignVigilante, along with multiple co-organizers. Once sign ups close, you will be assigned a group. Each group is managed by a different co-organizer. You will be notified as to who your organizer is at the same time you are notified as to who your partner will be for the swap. That will be your group organizer and you will send all messages to that organizer. As a way to keep from cluttering the inbox, please do not message DesignVigilante unless she is your group organizer OR you have a problem with your organizer.

Previous Rounds
The Rules of The Swap
1. This cannot be your first swap ever on craftster.org. No exceptions. 2. If you were in a previous Round of this swap and had significant problems sending, you may not join this Round. 3. Once Signups end, you will have one week to be cleanly dropped from the swap. However, in order to be dropped you must have your partner’s approval and must have a valid reason for wanting to drop OR you and your partner may both mutually decide not to continue with the swap.4. While there is no requirement to post in the Original Thread of this swap, it is required that you message you must message your partner at least once a week. Please notify your partner if you are planning on being offline/difficult to contact for more than a week. 5. If you have not heard from your partner in more than a week and do not know why, please contact your organizer immediately. 6. Please be aware of the shipping costs this swap might require. Please do not elect to be partnered with an international swapper if the shipping costs are out of your budget. 7. You must have a valid email address. Check-in #1 will be done via email and you must be able to reply to your organizer via email. 8. You are allowed to pick your own partner before sign ups close. You must message the person you would like first and if they agree, you must both send a message to DesignVigilante to confirm the partnership. If you do not already have a partner by the end of sign ups, you will be assigned one. 9. If you are 2 or more weeks late sending your final package, you will receive temporary negative feedback. It will be reversed as soon as your partner has confirmed received. 10. If you are 6 or more weeks late sending your final package, you will receive permanent negative feedback. 11. Every package must have a Delivery Confirmation Number. If you are shipping internationally and cannot get a tracking number for your packages, please take a photo or a scan of your receipt where the text is clear and easy to read. 12. If you have been flaked on, even if you had already sent a package and did not get a package in return, you will not get an Angel. This swap will only allow for REPLACEMENT PARTNERS. If you do not want a replacement partner, you will receive positive feedback immediately and be dropped from the swap. PLEASE, I cannot stress this enough, if you have ANY doubts that your partner may be flaking, DO NOT SEND YOUR PACKAGE! Contact your organizer immediately and let them know so that you do not get marked for being late. 13. If you are flaked on and choose to have a replacement partner, you will each have to send a package that contains at minimum 5 items from package 1, and 1 medium item from package 2.
