Boring dress, to cute Halter (pic. heavy)

I found this dress in the dollar bin at Volunteers of America.
It was begging to be remade into a halter top.

Recon Pictures:
Front, nothing complicated done, Mostly just making the straps and cutting the cute little sleeves off

Back:
The back had to be cut off across the armpits, the zipper had to be shortned,(that took me a long time how to figure out!) and the back is rouched to help hold up the back

EDIT: here are pictures of me wearing the dress (please ignore the fact that i'm wearing capris on under it and that i look like i'm sick, i was so excited to show off the dress that i forgot the rest of me would be in the picture! )
