YAY - so glad you like them Sharalee! The ocean one is a self striping yarn - Sugar & Cream Strips and is the Grit Stitch cloth from lionbrand.com. The other one is called a Big Girl Cloth and the pattern is here: http://laurielaliberte.blogspot.com/2011/04/as-promisedsort-of-drum-roll-please.html.

I'm not sure if I crocheted it quite right, but hey, at least I was consistent. I'm going to have to make some others of this pattern!

Fun, fun swap. I love these Dishalicious swaps. I hope we can do another one soon Smiley

I love everything that's been posted here so far.....and I was just as lucky!!!
I got my package from craftADDchick today....check 'em out!

The solid one is "Holiday Diamond" and the other is "Granny Corner" and the smaller scrubbie is her own pattern.  I love them.  I don't know if the pic shows it but they are super thick.
THANK YOU!!!!

I'm glad they arrived so quickly (although I sort of figured they might Smiley )! That Holiday Diamond pattern was kind of a fun one to work, and once I figured out the pattern of the pattern, it was pretty quick and easy. It could easily be scaled up to make a neat little blanket, too.

I have a sudden urge to wash some dishes... but I'll squelch it, because I should have been in bed a half an hour ago... I do have a field trip tomorrow, so I don't have to bring my 'A' game, but I still think the dishes can wait...

Nice ones, and I love how they are all color coordinated! I'm currently crocheting one similar to the holiday diamond, but it's in two different colors (background one, diamonds another). You carry both colors, is that how you did this one?

No matter how awesome the dishcloth I could never get the urge to wash dishes.  Smiley

Thanks for the link...I am collecting cloth patterns in a book and also writing down the ideas...

I love the Granny Corner...it looks similar to the ones I got...I definitely am going to try that pattern because I love how it forms the nice diagonal...beautiful colors!  Ha ha michelleandbean...I actually enjoy washing dishes...it is putting them away that I hate...thank goodness hubby likes that part! Cheesy

The one I made sounds a tiny bit simpler. It's made with sc and fptrc, and because it's only 1 color, no yarn needs to be carried. I guess that if I did use 2 colors, carrying the yarn would be the way to go... I'll have to check the pattern to see if it would work out...

And, alwaysinmyroom, I'm with you on the putting away of the dishes. It's the part I never seem to get done (same with laundry... love the washing and folding... not so much the putting it away...).
