            I've had this dress for about six years in my alterations pile. I got it at debs for a dollar on clearance.
 Its a 2X and I'm more a Med to Large
                                   


                                   This is it before.
                                   

            I separated the skirt from the bodice keeping both attached to the zipper, took it in at the side seams and baste gathered the skirt, also adding darts in the back. The neckline trim gaped a little so I gathered it into a more sweetheart shape.
                                   

             I need to make a petticoat to go with it, the one I'm wearing in the picture is for mini-skirts
