I'm really wanting to try my hand at making art dolls from mixed media, mainly polymer clay (which is what I already work in) but I don't know where to start.  Does anyone know of any classes or seminars or groups in the Bay Area?  I recently bought the Wendy Froud DVD on how to make a faerie doll, but it hasn't arrived yet.  It may be enough to get me started, but I find I learn much better from hands-on in-person situations.

Any insights would be great!
