Last time I went to Portland, I went to the Bins and found this 80's tablecloth for probably 90 cents!  It's a really good burnt orange color with that 80s/90s tribal fish type print on it.  I used to hate this stuff, but it's grown on me over the years.  I love the whole 80's does 50's style that David Lynch used in Twin Peaks (and lots of his movies), so I tried to make a pattern from a 50's dress I have...it turned out super small in the bust (LAME!) but it's ok because it fit one of my friends perfect so I gave it to her.

practice makes perfect, right?
What do you guys think about the lace at the waist?

Let's be honest, I still hate the tribal patterns, but I love the final result. I love the lace, and the cut it makes says like hey I'm not all serious about this 80's tribal thing. Good job.
