I made another pillow a few weeks ago using some apple fabric and some vintage dutch fabric (both received years ago in craft swaps! so good to finally put them to use). I made this one a little bit bigger, so it can be used for the lower back also.

I have a larger style for over the shoulders that is so nice after a long day of toting around my two girls. I should make some smaller ones like this for other problem areas like wrists. Cute project!

great solution for the pesky problem of the grain settling in one area of the pillow...i'll have to try them with my next batch of flaxseed pillows!
