Just finished up this Saw Billy for a friend. Billy is the little puppet that rides into the rooms or appears on screen on a tricycle and gives people messages from Jigsaw in the Saw movies. I put him on my daughter's tricycle just because I thought it would be funny. I didn't really have anything similar to the ones he rides in the movies. I hope you guys enjoy!
