I do have a question...what is the best way to package the inchies for shipping?

I put them all in a piece of paper I folded kinda like a card.  I cut diagonal slits near the corners that were big enough so I could easily slide the inchies in.  This also let me write little notes about them!  Let me know if this sounds confusing, because I can post an example of what I'm talking about.

I know what you mean Erin, it sounds lovely. It's nice when each inchie comes with a story.

Last posting day for this swap is Monday - please make sure that you are on schedule to post on Monday at the latest.

Ahh, this is a great idea!

I ended up including them inside a card, but also in plastic wrap. It's been raining everywhere lately and I once had a very bad experience with a soggy ATC, that of course happened to be done with watercolors.

So just a suggestion if you are sending from a currently rainy part of the country or to a rainy part of the country.

Just a little reminder for my group....

Please PM me and the person you are sending to when you send, and me and the person you receive from when you receive.

Monday is sendouts for everyone.  Only a few people in my group have sent so far.  This is ok, (I haven't sent yet either!) but please do let me know if you may have to send late.  Otherwise I will expect sent notifications from everyone during the course of the weekend or on Monday.  If anything comes up, don't be worried about letting your organizer and partner know.

Finished two sets now, though only the one is sent out.  Also received today and will have pics up by Saturday.

I must say I am in love with this swap.  I've tried so many different and new styles as well as using some mediums I haven't in forever.  I'm on a crafting high for sure Smiley

Well it seems that I won't be sending til Monday since I forgot my supplies and already completed inchies in the rush to pack and get here to Michigan   Sad I've been making a new batch as I sit here with Grandpa though they are hand drawn because those are the supplies I had available to me.  My heart isn't even in my swaps right now to be honest but they are keeping my hands busy and give me something to show Grandpa when he wakes up from time to time, speaking of which I need to scoot, he just woke up again and I'm going to try to give him a few spoonfuls of coffee.  I'll be in thouch though.

I know what you mean.  At least over the past week.  My husband's family suffered a tragic loss, and my heart wasn't really into making inchies for a few days when time was most critical.  Two days ago we heard some good news relating to what happened, and my mood (and art stuff) has definitely improved.  I wont be sending til the last minute, but I'm usually not far off from that anyway.  I soak up every available minute.
If you need to send late, just PM and let me know.  But if you are happy crafting with what you have, then go with it.  Just let me know whatever the case may be.  And I'm sorry that your grandpa isn't well.   Cry
