I saw this on a different site. they added chia seeds to it they are supposed to be better than flax seeds. here is a link if you are interested. it might have even more of a tapioca feel to it.

Ooooh, yes! I used to eat meusli frequently.Replaced some of the milk and yogurt with applesauce. Mixed in nuts, bananas, and a dash of maple syrup. YUM!

rolled oats are not raw either. they are steamed and lightly toasted.

HOWEVER, here's a brief discussion on rolled oats by raw foodist "ghuru" Kevin Gianni. Discussion begins at 4:12. He does admit that it is nutritious and doesn't see anything wrong with it. High in phosphorous, iron, contain vitamin E and protein. He explains why they aren't considered raw and why they are cooked for preservation purposes.

Yum! I've been doing this for a few months now. I love having breakfast ready for me when I wake up. If I don't have yogurt, I'll mash half a banana to give it the thickness. I'll have to find some chia seeds eventually!
