I saw this on a different site. they added chia seeds to it they are supposed to be better than flax seeds. here is a link if you are interested. it might have even more of a tapioca feel to it.

Ooooh, yes! I used to eat meusli frequently.Replaced some of the milk and yogurt with applesauce. Mixed in nuts, bananas, and a dash of maple syrup. YUM!

ooh! replacing the yogurt with apple sauce would fix the peanut butter issue!  Oh gosh, now I'm wishing I'd started this last night lol!

rolled oats are not raw either. they are steamed and lightly toasted.

HOWEVER, here's a brief discussion on rolled oats by raw foodist "ghuru" Kevin Gianni. Discussion begins at 4:12. He does admit that it is nutritious and doesn't see anything wrong with it. High in phosphorous, iron, contain vitamin E and protein. He explains why they aren't considered raw and why they are cooked for preservation purposes.

Yum! I've been doing this for a few months now. I love having breakfast ready for me when I wake up. If I don't have yogurt, I'll mash half a banana to give it the thickness. I'll have to find some chia seeds eventually!
