I'm in the process of remodeling the kitchen. And I'm planning the backsplash. I'm wanting to use white, blue and green tiles. And I was thinking of putting in some tiles w/peace signs on them. I wonder if I could make them myself. Anyone have experience with that?

Thanks, Greenseeds

Have you considered making them mosaics?  Do you have access to a pottery class?  We've been taking pottery classes at an art alliance and I know they have slab rollers, tile cutters (like big square cookie cutters) and green, blue & white glazes.  An instructor could help you with figuring out how to do the peace sign.  Good luck and make sure you post them if you get around to making them!

Maybe a weird idea, but you can nowadays "print" not too complex ceramic items in any size. A peace symbol should be easily do-able and not overly expensive.

Similar to this from here.

The symbol itself would then be glued to the tile.

I have some experience with this stuff and could give a helping hand. Let me know.
