Hello my dears,

Book arts are one of my latest obsessions (books + art + craft, what's not to love?) and I was wondering if anyone was interested in doing a book arts swap.  It might encompass traditional book arts, like bookbinding, artists' journals, paper making, as well as art works and crafted pieces like 3D/sculpted, paper cutting, etc.

Your thoughts?  Suggestions?

I'd be up for this. I'm feeling swap withdrawal after finishing my I Love Cats and Dogs swap. I love papercrafts. Papermaking, making stationary, rubber stamping, cutting paper... I am totally in love with Mod Podge, a new discovery for me. Let's get it going!

That's what I love about book arts - so many different skills/crafts/art forms are represented.  It seems to cross all 'genres'.

And oh my goodness, I know what you mean about modge podge.  I've hesitated for ages (way expensive here in Oz), but I caved a month ago... wow.  That stuff rocks.

If anyone is interested, or has suggestions for a book arts swap, please join the discussion!

There is an excellent book arts tumblr... '(naughty word) yeah, book arts!'  The title might be offputting (that naughty word is an f bomb) but the content is always amazing.  I won't share the link here because of the swearing, but you can google it.
