I'm glad you joined.  I'm excited too!  Sorry everyone for my bit of silence.  I'm currently in San Diego for a conferenceso I've been logging on just to add folks to the swap...but not much else.  I will be back home on 5th though and should be much chattier.

Everyone who is thinking of joining...should.  Heh.  Just because you know...I said so.  No seriously, how fun is a scavenger hunt with a sewing theme?!!!  Life does not get much better.

3. Sharp fabric?  Really?

What came to mind when I saw that was something sewn or a sewing product that has a relationship to "sharp" such as:
   Themed fabric prints with scissors and needles in the design
   Sewing snippers (nippers?) (those tiny, sharp-nosed scissors for cutting threads)
   Pincushion
   Scissors cover

   

My thoughts went right were waterbaby's did. I think even a needle book or travel sewing kit could work because you would put sharp items in them.

Haha I'm so glad I found this swap. I was becoming a bit burned out on swaps but this has gotten me excited. I'll be filling out my questionnaire and sending it in today!

ok, quick questionnaire based question. Im more than likely just over thinking this but "12. What are your five favorite things (not necessarily fabric related)?"

do you mean a physical thing like my cat? Or do you mean something like the smell of fresh bread? Or even sewing? or all of the above? Hahah like i said im more than likely over thinking it but I would rather check before answering than answer wrong and confuse the heck out of you, my partner and in turn myself.

Sounds fun! But I'll have to wait. Whether or not I find myself with a job offer here soon will help me know if I'll be able to do something fun like this. At this point, there's zero "fun" dollars available. Now I'm even more so hoping I'll get that call...
