I've made this one before.  The most recent time was for my daughter going to college.

This one is for a Christian friend who Bikes (you'd never know th't! Cheesy )

I'm pretty proud of it.  (B.T.W. it's Kwik-Sew #3133).

This is the first time I've applied piping. (Even that worked.)

And, I asked if he'd prefer a pocket, or several. He said "pockets are great." Therefore, I put in 7.

(Yes, it only appears to be 6: there's a small patch pocket th't doesn't show in this pic.)

What do you think, Craftsters & guests? Worth being proud of?

M'Kay! I've given it to him. He's totally thrilled.

Here he is, admiring the outside.

Here he is, liking the inside (with the 7 pockets; the note-pad, and the GEL pen ... and the Mentos candies)

And, here he is, trying it on. (I thought it was too small, but apparently, that's where they're supposed to hang.)

I'm so pleased that he likes it. And, he loves the colour, the kind of fabric, the applique, the pockets, the candies, the pad of paper I included, the gel pen (which he thought I hadn't noticed, he only uses Gel Pens), the candies, and the length of handle.

Quite some time ago, I had asked him what he might prefer in a "Man Purse". He mentioned that he's looked for one that matches his eyes, and messenger-style, and lots of pockets, and a sturdy fabric. The fabric I chose to use is quite sturdy. (Unfortunately, it's a stretch denim. I fixed that by interlining it with  muslin.) The handle still stretches, but the rest of the bag doesn't. It doesn't show that much, but he his actually pleased with it; he's pleased enough to give me a hug. I didn't hear quite what he's so enthused about, but I think that every aspect of it thrills him.

(P.S.: The Translation of the Title to English is; "It is finished ... and very beautiful!")

Thank you Amalgam. I just went by guess and by golly.

He's even using it.  Some time after finding out what he'd like as one, I asked his wife if she'd mind if I made one (if I made it, an' she was going to, and I gave mine first, she'd feel bad, an' I'd feel like so much dog-lumps.) she said it'd be alright. He took it home, an' she said he could thank her for it as well, and he thought she was pulling his leg.  Cheesy
